Through this interactive slide free course, we explore organisational development, leadership coaching, large-scale facilitation, structural and process design, organisational change process, human change process, and organisational design as well as toolkit of practical tools and techniques that can be used right away. Whether you’re seeking to help individuals, teams, or whole organisations achieve their goals through enterprise agility, this transformative class is for you.

Be recognised for your expertise

Upon successful completion of this course and practical assessment you will receive two ICAgile Certifications, Enterprise Agile Coach (ICP-ENT) and Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT), a key step in developing your enterprise agile coaching mastery before embarking on the Enterprise Agile Coach Expert Program (ICE-EC)

This training will be held in English.

• Engage and help managers, leaders, and other areas outside of delivery teams, including coaching and advising skills to improve leadership relationships and effectiveness.
• Use advanced skills, tools, and techniques to coach large groups to co-create organisational change.
• Design systems that support high performance, customer focus, and agility.
• Examine how different structures, processes, and leadership qualities affect psychological safety, as well as our current levels of emotional intelligence and our ability to create and maintain safe spaces.
• Explore the limits of your own identity, decision-making, and meaning-making capabilities.
• Acquire skills, tools, and techniques to overcome dysfunctions like handoffs and waste.
• Demonstrate Lean concepts to optimise an organisation for adaptability, flow of value and feedback.
• Use the Enterprise Change Pattern to create impactful change undperpinned by a people-first experiments-based approach

Bookings and Payment

Acceptance of bookings is subject to availability, suitability for the programme and other conditions that Adventures with Agile may set for any specific event. Registered bookings are confirmed subject to payment in advance, either by credit card or by the date specified on the invoice. Bookings for which payment is not received by the due date may be subject to cancellation by AWA Global.

VAT

This course is subject to 25 % VAT according to Danish law.

Cancellation

If for some reason, we have to cancel the course, participants will get a full refund. We need a minimum amount of people to make it feasible.  We will not be liable for any travel costs incurred by participants if a course is cancelled.  Please wait until 1 week before the course to book travel, or contact us to find out the status of a course.

If a participant wishes to cancel a place, they may do so and receive a full refund minus any transaction fees up to 5 weeks before the course. For the next Enterprise Agile Coach Bootcamp this date is 28 August 2023. After this period we are unable to offer a refund as we will have committed to costs for the participant’s place.

If however a participant finds someone else that is suitable to take their place then we would offer a refund at any time, minus any costs incurred with the transaction.
